Riders Responsibility Code
 The items we sell have Manufacturers suggested procedures for reducing injuries.  Please read, understand and sign these warnings prior to using any of the equipment that we sell, rent, or service.  If you have additional questions, please ask our staff to help you understand these warnings and guidelines.
WE CANNOT GUARANTEE YOUR SAFETY!
 
Always obey all safe boating requlations that pertain to your watercraft.  ALWAYS WEAR COAST GUARD APPROVED FLOATATION when using any of the equipment that you purchase, rent, or have serviced at our shop.
 
Always educate your guests prior to their use of any of your personal equipment to reduce the chance of injury.  We strongly recommend that you make copies of the manufacturers warnings and suggested guidelines for using their equipment and give them to your guest before they use the equipment that we sell, rent, or service for you
.
 
International orders
Must fax photo ID and both sides of credit card prior to order being processed. We also need a copy of both sides of your passport. You may email ahead to check availability prior to faxing your information. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Tommy's, please return the unused merchandise within 30 days for a complete refund of the purchase price.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
If for any reason you have changed your mind, or the product doesn't fit, and you would like a refund of the merchandise purchase price or an exchange of the unused merchandise, please repack in a sturdy box and return it along with the original invoice or duplicate, your note of instruction.  Please include you phone number and e-mail address so we can call and/or e-mail you back to notify you of the necessary return shipping charges.
 
All Sales are Final for Closeout and Sale items.  These items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

World Wide Shipping Available
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY IN THE CONTINENTAL U.S.:
All orders received by 12:00 pm MST. will be shipped standard service the same day unless the order is shipped from Colorado and merchandise is in stock. Normal delivery anywhere in the continental USA, depending on the distance you live from CO, is only 1-5 business days approximately by UPS.  We also recommend shipping to a business location for a quicker more reliable delivery. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged actual shipping charges based on weight and dimensions of the package.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Tommy's welcomes orders from all over the world. Freight charges are dependent upon weight and dimension of package. We are experts in reducing shipping costs as well as custom charges. If you live outside the U.S. please call your order in at: 303-455-3091 or place an order with the shopping cart and we will email you back with the complete freight charges that are added to your invoice.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OTHER THAN CONTINENTAL US:
FedEx is available to Alaska and Hawaii, please call for details. The Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and other countries will be charged the current International Air Express shipping rates and added to your credit card. All duty is paid by the customer.  Some oversize items will require additional shipping.  No free freight on closeouts.  Some items to certain areas will require additional freight.

OUR POLICY:
All items in this catalog are new and free of defects (except where indicated i.i. mfg. blem) and backed by a manufacturers limited warranty. All manufacturers have their limited warranty enclosed with their products. Within 30 days of purchase, Tommy's at its option will repair or replace a defective item. Merchandise that fails to conform to the manufacturers warranty will be repaired or replaced at the option of the manufacturer. Prices and styles subject to change. Please call customer service if you have any questions or need assistance. Return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer. COD's will not be accepted. Products online will not carry Tommy's Performance Guarantee. Tommy's Pro Card Plan does not apply to Catalogue sales. Tommy's Showroom prices and Catalog prices are different.
