Tommy's Famous Performance Guarantee

Tommy's provides every customer who buys a new ski, wakeboard, wakesurfer, binding, or kneeboard with our famous Performance Guarantee; a plan designed to ensure customer satisfaction. The purchase of any new, current-year waterski, wakeboard, wakesurfer or kneeboard in stock entitles the purchaser to the benefits of the Performance Guarantee, which consists of: exchange of purchased ski, wakeboard, wakesurfer, binding, kneeboard, or any combination thereof within the same product category as many times as necessary to achieve customer satisfaction. The Performance Guarantee expires is valid for 30 days from the purchase date for skis, wakeboards, wakesurfers, bindings, or kneeboards.

Purchaser may trade up by simply paying the difference in purchase price as long as the equipment is traded in in "as new" condition. Trade equipment will be pro-rated based on visible damage. The percentage of pro-ration will be determined by a qualified member of Tommy's staff.

A store credit will be issued in the event a customer desires to trade down. No refunds will be given in the event of a trade down. The customer is responsible for return shipping of the used product as well as shipping charges for the new product.
