Sales Associate
Job Description:
Job includes assisting customers in the pro shop and providing Tommy's 5 star customer service in selling water sports equipment and accessories. Also, includes assisting in shipping, receiving, moving & storage, merchandising, display maintenance, and cleanliness & housekeeping. Associate will also assist in inventory counts and must remain awareness of any promotions, advertisements, and special events.
Job Requirements:
Great Organizational skills
Background in water sports preferred
Previous sales experience preferred
Basic computer skills and knowledge
Prioritizing and Multitasking skills
Oral and written communication skills
Must work effectively alone as well as in a team oriented environment
Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time and to lift and handle boxes & merchandise
Ability to work varied hours/days, weekends as needed
Highly motivated
Excellent people skills
